In just ten minutes, you and your child can play Follow the Leader. Have your child follow you while you move around outside.
Then your child can be the leader and you follow them. You can add different movements and prepositions. For example, you could stomp around the mailbox, gallop to the curb, jump over the leaves, or tip toe under the tree.
