In just ten minutes, you and your child can play target toss.Take a roll of painter’s tape or packing tape and place it flat (so it can’t roll) on the floor of your kitchen or family room.
Take turns tossing cotton balls or pom poms into the empty center of the tape roll. Change up the game by affixing a long piece of painter’s tape or packing tape across a doorway, with the sticky side facing toward you. Toss the cotton balls or pom poms at the tape and try to get them to stick. Make the game easier by taking a step toward the tape with each miss.
Alternatively, make it more difficult by taking a step back each time someone gets one to stick. Talk about what made the game harder or easier.
