In just ten minutes, you and your child can try some animal yoga poses. Two of our favorites include the Cat-Cow and Cobra poses.
Cat-Cow is performed by starting on your hands and knees, then rounding your spine toward the ceiling and tucking your chin to your chest, like a cat stretching. Cobra is performed by lying on your stomach with your hands under your shoulders. Press your hands into the floor and lift your chest, like a cobra rising. Join your child on the floor to practice both.
