In just ten minutes, you and your child can read a picture book and find things around your home that relate to the book.
Have your child pick a favorite book or a book with lots of interesting items such as Goodnight Moon.
Read the book and point out different objects, characters, and themes. After reading, ask your toddler to find items around the house that relate to the book. Once they find the items, have them show you what they found and talk about how it relates to the book.
