In just ten minutes, you and your child can play a gamed called “The Five Senses.”
Take turns telling something you hear, see, smell, taste, and touch. You can do this in the car, on a walk, at the dinner table, or anytime you have an opportunity for relaxed conversation. It’s a fun exercise that highlights our world of sensory experiences, and is calming for all.
