In just ten minutes, you can take your child on a ride with a laundry basket and a blanket.
Find a large blanket and spread it out on the floor. Place an empty laundry basket on top of the blanket and help your child climb into the basket. Pull on the edge of the blanket to pull the basket and your child along the floor. Narrate what you see as you move around the room or up and down the hall. When interest starts waning, have your child put stuffed animals in the basket and encourage your child to pull the blanket narrating what she sees for her stuffies.
