In just ten minutes, you and your child can move while playing with sidewalk chalk.
Take a piece of sidewalk chalk outside to the sidewalk or patio outside your house. Make a series of circles in a line.
Take turns jumping from one circle to the next circle. Be creative with other ways you can get from one circle to the next, such as by skipping, leap frogging, hopping on one foot, or walking backwards. Repeat the activity by drawing a series of squares or triangles.
